If your problem involves the tape image output or postprocessor errors then, you must also submit the MMPOST??.OPT or MLPOST??.OPT Option file. The best, the preferred, and probably the quickest, way to get technical support is to include the above specified information in a ZIP file and attach the ZIP file to your email message that describes the problem that you are having. |
